Project name: Feeder Road
This project was 595 student apartments with 3,500 sq m of flexible commercial space located at the ground floor level.
The project involved the demolition of existing buildings prior to the development of four new buildings. The new buildings were 5 storey, part 7, part 8 and part 14 storey, inter linked at the ground floor level. The project also included communal amenities such as study spaces, roof terrace, associated car parking for the commercial space and cycle storage.
